- 1/4 cup whole milk

- 1/4 tsp dill (dried or fresh)

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes: Place potato cubes in a pot with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12–15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Mash to perfection: Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Add butter and milk, then mash until completely smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the good stuff: Gently mix in the flaked salmon, chopped broccoli, lemon juice, and dill.
- Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with a pat of butter on top if desired.
